A blend of the cognacs of Grande Champagne originating from Ambleville and Segonzac. Ageing in wooden casks made from French oak from the limousin area between 20 and 35 years ol. A proportion of cognac of 50 years old will make the result of this golden brown cognac even better, with intensive aromas of raisins, spices and chocolate. An intricate development of the taste, first a light rancio, then long and spicy at the end.
COGNAC NAPOLEON Vieille Réserve
A blend of cognacs from Fins Bois only. Between 15 and 20 years of ageing in wooden casks made from French oak from Limousin area. Golden colour with orange-coloured reflections; aomas of savoury herbs, dried fruit; prunes an apricots, or spices.
Taste: touches of plums, phenol, chocalate, long lasting at the end.
COGNAC V.S.O.P
A blend mainly of cognacs from Fins Bois. About 8 years of ageing in wooden casts made from French oak from the limousin area. Amber-couloured, intensive aromas of juicy fruit (apricots, peaches) spicy tones (cinnamon, sandelwood) with a tast delicately evolving to light bitterness.
COGNAC V.S
Blended mainly from Fins Bois, about 4 years ageing in wooden casks made from French oak from the Limousin area. Light amber-coloured with intensive aromas of fruit (plums, apricots); supported by spicey notes with a warm and fully rounded taste.
